We are very excited to offer a family formation-based religious education program, Family of Faith, to our parish families! Families gather together once a month for community nights and work on guided faith-based lessons together on their own schedule the rest of the month. Click HERE for more, or contact Rob Saley, Director of Evangelization, at (614) 614-471-0212 or [email protected].
The littlest members of our parish gather once a month (with their parents) for First Steps in Faith!
This program parallels the Family of Faith program that school age children participate in with their families. Both of these programs are designed to meet families where they are in their journey of faith and help them move forward together. Family catechesis is effective because it bridges the gap between what happens at church and what happens at home. It equips families to pray and learn together at home and in their daily lives.
At the monthly First Steps in Faith gathering we provide hands-on activities for parents and children to explore together; circle time with stories, prayers, and songs; and time for parent discussion and formation while the children play and learn together.

How do I arrange for Anointing of the Sick?
If you or a loved one is in need of the Anointing of the Sick, contact the Parish Office at (614) 471-0212. Anointings can take place at church, in your home, or in the hospital. Additionally, please notify the parish staff regarding any aged or ill family members who are confined to their home and unable to join us for Mass.
Do I have to be dying to receiving Anointing of the Sick?
No. Anyone who is seriously ill (including mental illness) or undergoing a serious medical procedure (surgery, for example) can receive the sacrament. This sacrament can be received more than once.
Do I have to wait until I or my loved one is very close to death to receive Last Rites?
We know that sometimes death comes suddenly, so we want you to feel comfortable calling in an emergency at any time, day or night. However, many people who are close to death find comfort in being able to receive communion during Last Rites and in knowing they've received the sacrament. If you are able, please call us once you know that the person will be passing soon, even if it will likely be several days before the person passes.
Our parish community stands ready to offer our ministry of consolation to you in this time of need, particularly since we know the details of planning a funeral liturgy can be overwhelming. To view the steps to planning a funeral, please see our Funeral Planning page.
If you need a copy of a baptismal certificate, please call the parish office at (614) 471-0212 or use our contact form. Please tell us the full name, birth date, and approximate baptism date of the person whose certificate you are requesting. Please also give us the address of the church to where you'd like us to send it (if applicable).
