Catholic Kids Camp: Details

for your interest in Catholic Kids Camp 2019!
Here is some general information regarding this year's camp:

• When: June 15 - June 18, 2020 from 9-11:30am, Closing evening will be June 19 5:30-8:30pm
• Where: St. Matthew School - Hutta Gym: This will be the Main Entrance this year
• Who: 
  • Pre-K & K students: 3 yo - entering Kindergarten (must be toilet trained)
  • Students ENTERING grades 1-5
    • REQUIRED: One adult family member of Pre-K students MUST volunteer 2+ days to register their child(ren)
    • REQUIRED:  One adult family member of 1-5th students MUST volunteer 1 or more days to register their child(ren)
    • REQUIRED: Protecting God's Children (PGC), Backgroud Check (BCI checks) & Volunteer Code of Conduct are required for all volunteers-please notice the PGC classes coming up (June 5th)
• Payment & Registration: ​​​
  • CAP of 50 students for Pre-K.  Register soon so your child can have a spot!
  • CAP of 100 students for 1-5th. Register soon so your child can have a spot!
    • Spots will be available for the first 150 children whose completed forms, including payment, are received. No spots will be held via email or phone. 
  • Cost: $20 individual, $45 family camp 
    • Pre-order CDs for $4.95.  Add this additional $4.95 to your above payment please!
      • Volunteer all 5 days and registration is FREE for your kids!
    • You can make payments by check, cash, or credit card via Apple square
      • Please make an appointment to visit our office to pay via credit card 
      • Checks can be made out to: St. Matthew PSR 
        • All payments may be dropped off at the Parish or PSR Office during our office hours or mailed to:  St. Matthew the Apostle Catholic Parish, Attn: Ashley Hettinger, 807 Havens Corner Rd, Gahanna OH 43230
        • Please include a notation on the check with child(ren) name and Catholic Kids Camp on it.
    • Pre-registration is required for this event and payment needs to be received by  May 8th, 2020 in order for your student’s t-shirt to be ordered.

June 5th in the St. Anthony Room at St. Matthew 6-9PM.  Fast fingerprinting will be available from 5-6PM.  The class will start promptly at 6PM. Fingerprinting for background checks will stop promptly when the class starts at 6PM.  For more information contact Ashley.
